Jersey City Evangelism Center is a United Pentecostal Church International, located In Jersey City, New Jersey, USA.
Pastor Leo Dante and Sister Emily Allig felt a call of God to start a brand new work in a very busy city on the East Coast. Jersey City is a multicultural center of many nations from all over the world. They started going from house to house with Brother Nicanor and Sister Rosario Fagel joining them at various homes. Then the Lord opened the door for them to rent a church building in the heart of Jersey City close to Journal Square.
Since that time many people have been blessed with preaching and teaching of the Word of God. The church began reaching out to the nursing homes and going on the street to invite people to church.
“And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.” (Micah 4:2)
